Please bear in mind that I wait for cheques to be cleared in the bank before I despactch your goods, this normally takes 5 working days.

International Orders
Unfortunatly I don't post to the USA or Canada. If you outside the EU Email me first, stating what you would like to buy, and where you are, and I'll send you a shipping quote. If you are within the EU postage costs are listed below.

Payments : I accept Paypal in GPB only.

Motherease and Mooncup products are not available outside the UK.

Postage costs
Postage charges for the UK are £1.95 for orders up to £69.99. This is for 2nd class post, unless your parcel weigh's over 1kg, in which case I use 1st class. I deliver every day, Monday to Friday.
A Courier option is available for £4.95 which is next day delivery, and requires a signature. We use Fastway couriers. Please be aware however that Stuffie Nappies and Angelpadz are made to order, so you'll need to allow time for them to be made.

For anything £70 or over postage is free.

In some cases with large orders it works out cheaper to split the parcel in 2 or even 3, rather than sending 1 really big parcel - if this is the case with your order you will be notified.

As an eco-friendly business, I will re-use packaging wherever possible, so you may find your parcel arrives in a reused mail bag or envelope. All parcels are packed carefully, and all new mail bags bought are made from partly recycled plastic.

Returns:
I accept unused, unwashed items, for exchange or refund, whatever the reason within 7 days of receipt.

In the event of items being faulty, or wrongly supplied a full refund or exchange will be offered, including return postage costs upon receipt of the returned goods within 14 days of receipt.

Please get a proof of posting if you are returning items, as no responsibilty can be accepted if things get lost in the post. Please also include your name, address and shopper ID number with your return - saves me from deciphering 'mystery parcels!'
