Shopping guide
Shopping with Angel tots is easy - Make your choice of page from the left hand index, read the info, select sizes and colours from the drop down menus and click on the 'add to basket icons'. You can alter quantities in the shopping cart by clicking in the appropriate box and making your selection. When you have finished, click 'go to payments' and follow the instructions. If you need help choosing size, type or need help for whatever reason please email info@angeltots.co.uk and I'll be happy to help.

As many items on this website are hand made, and therefore unique, there is a chance that someone else may already have ordered the product you wanted before I have a chance to take it off- if this is the case I will e-mail you and offer an alternative or refund.

Payments
Pay online securely through your Paypal account or with your credit / debit card proccessed through PaypalPro. Both methods are very secure, but if you are not happy about putting your card details on line I can take orders by phone on 01530 456717

I also accept cheques. (UK only) They should be made out to Angel tots and posted to:

Please bear in mind that I wait for cheques to be cleared in the bank before I despactch your goods, this normally takes 5 working days.

Despatch
Orders will usually be despatched usually the next working day, Via Royal mail second class, providing everything is in stock. As I work around my children it may be a couple of days before I can get to the post office, but it won't be any longer than 3 days, unless your item is out of stock, in which case you will get an email notification.
Larger orders are sent via courier - we use Fastway couriers. In this case, your parcel will arrive the next day, and will require a signature.

You will also get an email notification when your parcel has been despatched.

Postage costs
Postage charges for the UK are £1.00 for orders up to £29.99, For anything £30 or over postage is free.

Standard postage charges to the EU is £2.50, whatever the size of your order. I only accept payment via Paypal GBP from overseas customers. Unfortunatly I don't post outside the EU.

As an eco-friendly business, I will re-use packaging wherever possible, so you may find your parcel arrives in a reused mail bag or envelope. All parcels are packed carefully, and all new mail bags bought are made from partly recycled plastic.

Returns:
I accept unused, unwashed items, in original packaging, in a saleable condition for exchange or refund, whatever reason within 14 days of receipt.

In the event of items being faulty, or wrongly supplied a full refund or exchange will be offered, including postage costs upon receipt of the returned goods within 14 days of purchase.

Please get a proof of posting if you are returning items, as no responsibilty can be accepted if things get lost in the post.
