About Us

Angel Tots is run by me, Sarah, with the help of my significant other Dave, and our 3 young children, Andrew (7) Kelly (4) and Daniel, 2. I run Angel Tots at home, around the demands of my growing family.

Angel Tots was 'born' in July 2004, out of a passion for reusable nappies, and because I wanted to make cloth nappies more accessible in my locality. My enthusiasm grew, and I went on to develop this website. I am just doing my bit to spread the word!

Cloth nappies have evolved!
Cloth nappies have come a long way since our own mums used them on us! Even in the last few years there have been major developments in cloth, with more styles of nappy around than ever, in lots of different fabrics. Many of the best nappies and baby products around are made by WAHM's (thats work at home mums!) who have developed the perfect product to meet the needs of their own children and lifestyles.

Ethos:
I also try to supply nappies made in the UK and Europe as much as possible - nappies flown in from the other side of the world have already lost a bit of their 'eco-friendliness', and buying from this country helps to support our own economy, as well as ensuring they are manufactured in good working conditions. Stuffie nappies and Nature Babies are both made within a few miles from me (which is very handy!)

In the Office we are gradually making the move to recycled paper, and re using waste paper, often as address labels or paper for the children to scribble on. Ink cartridges are refilled and eventually recycled, old computer equiptment is given away, and supplies are used again and again. The Computer is switched off when not in use and the plug turned off at night.

In the sewing room (aka dining room!) All machines are switched off when not in use. Fabric scraps are reused for other projects, children crafts, even as stuffing for toys.

Goals:
At Angel Tots I aim to provide friendly. personal and profesional service at all times, with good communication and fast delivery times.

My main goal is to continue to 'spread the word' and help to quell some of the myths that surround cloth nappies. I continue to look out for the easiest, most reliable, best quality nappies and mum/baby goods around so I can expand my current stock.

All nappies and related items that I stock have been tested on my own children. I only sell items that I know from personal experience work well and are good value for money. If there is something you want that you don't see here, please contact me, I may be able to order it in for you.

The Angel Tots Service:
I do individual and group demonstrations within North West Leicestershire and Hinckley and Bosworth and will help with any problems/queries and show you what nappies I have in stock, with no obligation. As an Independant adviser I have access to a wide range of nappies and accessories - there is sure to be something that is perfect for you and your baby!
